Data Deletion Instructions

Next Automate CRM · Last updated 13 September 2026

1. Delete your Facebook Page connection from Facebook

If you connected a Facebook Page to the Next Automate CRM and want us to delete everything we hold from that connection:

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
  2. Find Next Automate in the list.
  3. Choose Remove, and tick the option to delete the activity and posts.

Facebook then calls our data deletion endpoint automatically. We unsubscribe every Page you connected from our leadgen webhook, permanently destroy the Page access tokens we held, and mark the connection disconnected. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a status link; opening that link shows exactly what was deleted.

Endpoints, for reference:
Data deletion callback — https://crm.nextautomate.in/api/v1/facebook/data-deletion
Deauthorize callback — https://crm.nextautomate.in/api/v1/facebook/deauthorize
Status lookup — https://crm.nextautomate.in/api/v1/facebook/data-deletion-status?id=<confirmation code>

2. Disconnect from inside the CRM

If you are a Next Automate CRM user, go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook Lead Ads and choose Disconnect. This unsubscribes the Page from our webhook and destroys the stored access token immediately. Leads already captured stay in your CRM until you delete them.

3. Ask us to erase your data

Anyone — a CRM user, or a person who submitted a Facebook Lead Ad form — can ask us to permanently erase their personal data. Email support@nextautomate.in with:

We verify the request, erase the data and confirm in writing within 30 days.

4. Deleting your whole CRM account

Email support@nextautomate.in from the address on the account. We close the account and delete its data within 90 days, except records we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices retained for tax purposes).

Full details of what we collect and how long we keep it are in our Privacy Policy.
